1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SubsTracking ("the Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

SubsTracking is a platform that allows you to:

  • Manage and track your digital subscriptions
  • Monitor free trial periods
  • Receive reminders before renewals and expirations
  • Analyze your subscription spending

3. User Registration and Account

3.1. Requirements

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password

3.2. Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activity on your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • You may not share your account with third parties

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1. Free Plan

  • Limit of 3 subscriptions and 2 trial periods
  • Email notifications
  • Access to basic features

4.2. Pro Plan ($5.99/month)

  • Unlimited subscriptions and trials
  • Email and Telegram notifications
  • Advanced reports and statistics
  • Priority support

4.3. Business Plan ($19.99/month)

  • Everything included in Pro
  • Multiple users
  • Team management
  • Premium support
  • API access

4.4. Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • We do not offer refunds for partial periods

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1. Cancellation: You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.

5.2. Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you will retain access to Premium features until the end of the paid period.

5.3. 14-Day Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the Pro or Business Plan, you can request a full refund within the first 14 days from your first subscription.

6. Acceptable Use

The following is prohibited:

  • Using the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Attempting to access unauthorized systems or data
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Reverse engineering the Service
  • Using bots or automated scripts without authorization
  • Overloading or disrupting the Service infrastructure
  • Reselling or redistributing the Service without express permission

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, logos, and trademarks of SubsTracking are the property of SubsTracking and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

SubsTracking provides the Service "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Disclaimer:

  • We are not responsible for reminders not sent due to technical errors
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-entered data
  • We are not responsible for third-party charges (your actual subscriptions)
  • We do not replace direct management of your subscriptions with providers

In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

The use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you read it carefully.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or third parties for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination

12.1. By You: You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

12.2. By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without notice and without refund.

12.3. Effects: Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and data. We will delete your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Spain. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the consumer protection laws of your country.

14. Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute or claim, please contact us first at contact@substracking.com to try to resolve the issue amicably. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
